You could see how many rings it takes before someone answers your call, whether you are put on hold and chose a common question you could ask all of them and see how well they answer it. Also would work with e-mail...see how long it takes to get back to you and if their contact information is in plain sight on their website or buried like a pirate's treasure where you need a map to locate it.
